Karine Jamet returns with more great French cooking. Karine will prepare a festive meal of La Bouillabaisse. The La Bouillabaisse is a complete meal made with shrimp, lobsters, cod and other fish accompanied with julienne of vegetables in a delectable French sauce. For dessert enjoy scrumptious les profiteroles au Chocolate pastry. You will learn how to make the puffs cream, the vanilla cream (la crème patissiere, which is the base for a lot of French deserts) to fill them. The les profiteroles is served with vanilla ice cream covered with the Chocolate sauce.
